A refundable deposit will be taken when the initial order is placed, along with a non-refundable payment for shipping. In order to receive back the full deposit, the box and all samples must be mailed back to us by the deadline of seven days, using the provided shipping materials. If the Silhouette Box is mailed after the deadline, 50% of the deposit will be withheld.
